I. BORN FOR FREEDOM - Report from persecuted YAHUWan Christians in Iran, Nov 2007

David EliYAH had gone through the torture survival training required yearly for all AbrahYA “Life guards” by the AbrahYA elders but nothing could really prepare him for 240 volts of electrons burning through his skin from the copper electrodes. The smell of his own skin vaporizing filled the windowless room.The elders had warned correctly that the pain would be most at the very beginning, but soon the body would begin its emergency shutdown of skin sensors. The first two rounds of torture had both made him pass out. This third round was a little less painful.

His training on blocking out the pain by “floating to an untouchable place” was paying off. This time David faked the fall into unconsciousness, just as he had been trained. Now he had to ready himself for the test shock. He must not cry out or move his eyes. They would be watching intently.

They wanted to know the names of their hated enemies, David’s AbrahYA elders and their safe houses desperately. They knew David was responsible for hundreds of Teheran university students joining the secret under-ground “Born for Freedom” movement which had already caused enormous unrest for President Amadinejad and the ruling Mullahs. For months they had sought to stamp it out but it just kept growing. But now they had a “3^rd Servant” of the AbrahYA. He would know most of the other leaders.

The wild one-eyed one called “Bin Fark” ran the electrodes over his privates again. Like most seasoned terrorists, he had a perverted love for inflicting pain. He then brushed the electrodes across the skin on his feet and hands. The skin is the most sensitive organ of the body. That is why the Iranian Religions and Cultural Affairs police were experts at making their “interrogations” of the “enemies of Allah” center around various atrocities abusing the skin. However, while very painful, as long as the electrodes were not placed on his chest and back, thus crossing his heart, David knew he would not yet enter the sweet reward hereafter. Evidently, God was no finished using him yet.

The next best thing was to fake a weak heart and “lose unconsciousness frequently.” It worked. Two guards dragged David’s limp body back to the cell where 23 other university “Born Freedomites” fearfully awaited. David’s burned and blackened body had the desired effects on several of the newer young men. They were visibly shaken. The guards tauntingly shouted, “Look here infidels! See what happens to the enemies of Allah and his Mullahs. Tomorrow, each of you begins your rehabilitation aided by our electric counselors. Sleep well on the last good skin you will ever have!”

Ten minutes later, as the last of the guards finally lost interest in the taunting, David weakly raised his three fingers in the famous AbrahYA “triple A” salute. Taught to us by the American Special Ops in the early days of the Liberation of Afghanistan, it signifies commitment to a fellow warrior “Any-time, Any-place, Any-circumstance!” All of the older Boys immediately laid hands on David and began to pray for healing. In most of Christianity, immediate or near immediate healing is a very rare miracle. With AbrahYA’s, it is not automatic but it is the normal! David’s black and blue swollen body began to visibly heal within minutes, causing some of the newest converts to YAHshua the Christ to gasp in surprise. Soon David was sitting up sipping water cached by the older more experienced boys. Miraculously, 20 minutes later David was leading them in a “praise dance” before YAHshua The Lord.

Suddenly, two of the guards came running up to the cell. “We have been secretly watching and listening to you all for several days now. Please do not be alarmed. We know you must be from God. No one can do these miracles or speak such truth unless they be from God. Please, is there any way we too can be followers of this Christ before the wrath of God falls. We want no part in continuing the torture of holy men of God!”

Thirty minutes later, after going through the plan of salvation; repenting of breaking the each of the Ten Commandments and the Double Commandments, they both were baptized into the Name of YAHUWAH the Christ for the forgiveness of their sins, just as Acts 2:38 described at Pentecost 1980 years ago.

There was great rejoicing over the lost sheep guards, beloved of the Lord, who had come home. Lead by a revitalized David, the 24 “Boys” danced and worshiped our Creator-Redeemer.  The guards both joined with the Boys, thinking this might well be their last night on earth as soon as the other guards found out. With the noise this group was making in their praise, indeed, it did not take long before other guards came, bewildered at the sight of the guards dancing with the prisoners with an open cell door.

Angrily, one guard Sergeant slammed the cell door shut and went to call his supervisor. David raised his still bruised arms and prophesied to the remaining guards to repent quickly while there was yet time. The two converted guards, surrounded by the boys, began to give their testimonies when the strangest thing happened. The back wall of the cell groaned and was ripped away, pulled by chains attached to the caboose of a long train whose tracks paralleled the back of the prison. Every one was stunned by the entire wall being pulled by the heavy train down the tracks, showering concrete and rebar sparks as it scraped down the tracks. Then the Boys heard the 4000 year old familiar freedom cry of their rescuing brothers “AhleleuYAHHHHHH!” Pulling the newly saved guards with them, they quickly jumped over the ruble and into the waiting arms of their liberators and all melted into the Iranian night before the bewildered and shocked locked out other guards. It was a liberation “night to remember”. AbrahYA Christians never leave a fellow brother! Their Master said 1977 years ago, “And you will recognize my disciples by the way they love one another.” And so it is.

Praise report- Dr RaphAH  wishes to thank everyone who prayed for him during this last great harvest for Christ in Iran. 4200 new believers, mostly students from the universities around Teheran, became “children of Christ the King”. During this past trip, RaphAH did forget “to duck” while rescuing some of the “Boys” and was hit by a bullet in the shoulder. God kept the bullet from expanding (it may well have been an armor piercing bullet) or hitting a bone and it passed cleanly through his shoulder. The “Boys” expertly cleaned the wound by passing a steel rod and antiseptic through the small hole (which hurt much more than being shot itself by the way), tightly bound up the wound to compress it, laid hands on the wound and prayed. The healing was not instant but it healed quite miraculously over the last weeks. RaphAH is fine now and thanks all of you for your prayers!

 II. THE MIRACLE IN THE AFTERMATH OF THE ACEH SUMATRA TSUNAMI

On Dec 26, 2004, the largest Tsunami in 100 years smashed into the coast of Sumatra populated by the 100% Islamic Aceh people, killing 180,000 people and destroying the homes of over 500,000 people. This tragedy was changed by our Savior and The Spirit into hundreds of miracles in the lives of the survivors. Malqushe and RaphAH were able to be first aid workers in only a few days after the Tsunami. They helped bury the bodies with surviving family members, weeping with them, not even knowing their language. Miraculously, within one week, they were speaking fairly fluent Indonesian and some Acehnese! The gift of languages ("tongues"), as in Acts 2, was restored. For three months they lived in a tent, cleaning out salt water out of wells to provide fresh water, seeing patients and praying over the sick. In the first week, RaphAH and Malqushe hired boats to hunt up and down the coast for groups of survivors cut off from help by the decimated only coastal road. Many villages had 70-90% casualities but thousands had survived. The boats picked hundreds out of the sea. Tens of thousands were spotted by RaphAH in a rented helicopter and radioed to the ship captains below. Thousands had gone days without fresh water and were near death and very sick. Broken legs and arms had gone untreated for days. The Indonesian Army credits their efforts in the first week with saving over 100,000 Acehnese lives.

In the three months following, fresh water wells were provided which have water to 420,000 people daily. The result? Thousands of Acehnese are now open to the Gospel of YAHUWAH. Pray for the Acehnese as RaphAH Malqushe go back this spring to close down the relief effort of rebuilding homes and start up teaching them about salvation in YAHUWAH the Christ!

III. THE GREATEST MIRACLE, AFTER YAHUWAH HIMSELF, IS HIS HOLY WORD, PRESERVED FOR US FOR 2000 YEARS AMIDST INTENSE PERSECUTION BY KINGS, NATIONS, TYRANTS AND EVEN THE CHURCH ITSELF, YET STILL IT REMAINS TODAY!
